- Is THE SALMAR an adults-only hotel?Yes, we are an Adults Only hotel. To guarantee an atmosphere of peace and sophistication, the minimum age to stay at our establishment is 16 years old.

- What are the entry and exit times?Check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out must be completed before 12:00.
We have a luggage room and courtesy showers available if your flight leaves later. - Where is the hotel located?We are located in the Golf del Sur urbanization, in San Miguel de Abona (Costa San Miguel), Tenerife. A privileged environment near the sea and golf courses.
- Is the pool heated?Yes, our pool is heated to over 24°C all year round. The lifeguard hours are from 10:00 to 19:00 in summer and from 09:00 to 17:00 in winter.
- What dining options and opening hours do they have?Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 11:00h. For snacks and drinks, we have The Pool Bar (food from 12:00 to 18:00 in summer) and The Game Room (Sports Bar).
- Do they offer a pillow menu?Yes, we have a completely free Pillow Menu available to ensure your rest. The minimum setup in the room is 2 firm pillows and 2 soft pillows.
- Does the hotel have a gym and relaxation areas?Of course! We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest. We have a fully equipped gym that will soon be available for your workout routines.
For your moments of relaxation, we have a whirlpool and sauna for free use, located in the solarium on the fourth floor. You can enjoy these facilities during the following hours:
Summer: from 10:00 to 19:00.
Winter: from 09:00 to 17:00. - What kind of activities are available at the hotel?We offer a "SOFT" and punctual entertainment concept, which includes live music, yoga sessions, pilates and the director's cocktail.
- What special equipment do the rooms have?All rooms include a 50" Smart TV, capsule coffee machine, complimentary safe (15" laptop size), and a free Pillow Menu with a minimum setup of 2 firm and 2 soft pillows.
- How does the cleaning and linen change service work?Room cleaning is carried out daily. Following our sustainability policy, towels are changed when left on the floor and bed linen is refreshed on the fourth day of your stay.
- What kind of special rooms does the hotel offer?We offer exclusive categories such as The Shores (Swim-Up Rooms), which feature direct access to a private heated pool, and our The Salmar Suite (Presidential Suite), which offers maximum comfort with an outdoor terrace of over 150m².

- Which golf courses are located near THE SALMAR and why is it the ideal location for playing golf in Tenerife?Our location is privileged for golfers, as we are in the heart of the Urbanización Golf del Sur. We are just a few minutes from the Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf courses, allowing you to enjoy the sport without long journeys in an exclusive environment for adults.
- Can I order food to my room through room service, and what are the operating hours?We do not currently offer a conventional room service with delivery to your room; instead, we work with a "Food to Go" concept. This service allows you to order and pick up your request in person at the hotel's Pool Bar, always within its opening hours. It is an ideal option for enjoying your meal with total flexibility, whether in the common areas or in the privacy of your room.
- How do they manage food allergies and intolerances?Your well-being comes first. We have options for celiacs, lactose-free and egg-free diets, and other needs upon request. We only ask that you notify us in advance and identify yourself upon arriving at the restaurant so that we can attend to you in a personalized manner.
- Is THE SALMAR an accessible hotel for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?Absolutely. The hotel is designed to be an inclusive space: all our common areas (reception, restaurants, pools, and lounges) are fully accessible and free of architectural barriers.
- Do they have specially adapted rooms?Yes, we have 3 fully equipped rooms for guests with reduced mobility. Due to the limited number of these units, it is essential to contact us in advance to guarantee availability for your booking dates.
- Does the hotel provide towels for the pool area?Don't pack it in your suitcase! We offer complimentary pool towels so you only have to worry about relaxing. To care for our environment, we carry out towel replacements responsibly in accordance with our sustainability policy.
- Does the hotel have private parking for guests?No, the hotel does not have private parking on its premises. However, you will not have any trouble parking, as there is a large number of public spaces available for our guests in the area surrounding the hotel.
